Fear manifests in reality. Ways to release fear:
1. Let go and detach
2. Reflect on why you fear it - is it a trauma or something you observed
3. Heal through acceptance and releasement.
4. Revisit it. If you find your previous fear irrational and have a chance try completing that task, otherwise just intend things for highest good of all and proceed in your journey.
