The #indiannavy undertook medical evacuation of a 41 yr old Indian seafarer from #singapore flagged tanker Eagle Veracruz, off #kochi on #13jun 25. An alert message of medical emergency of the crew was received from @IFC_IOR. A #seaking 🚁 from @IN_Garuda was immediately launched and #inssharda was also diverted. Not withstanding poor visibility due to prevailing monsoon & in absence of suitable landing spot, precise winching up of the patient was undertaken by the Seaking. The patient was successfully recovered and transferred to a hospital at Kochi for further treatment.
