Today, we Move for Health! The @GautengHealth, @GautengSACR, and @CityofJoburgZA are joining forces to reduce non-communicable diseases by giving Johannesburg residents a chance to get active through a fun walk, aerobics, and other wellness activities. The Move for Health campaign is offering free health screenings for hypertension, diabetes, cholesterol,HIV, child immunisation, and more. The campaign also aims to encourage regular exercise which can reduce the risk of conditions like diabetes. #asibehealthygp
