South Africa has made history by Winning the ICC World Test Championship in 2025. It is their first ICC trophy in 26 years, after their last win in the Champions Trophy back in 1998. South Africa has come close many times, with 2 quarterfinal exits, 12 semifinal exits, and a tough final loss in the 2024 T20 World Cup. But now all those disappointments are in the past. South Africa has become the new Test champions, following New Zealand in 2021 and Australia in 2023
