New system implemented for us as we complained about having to wrote down all orders manually when courier collects from as its a procedure to have a register. We now have a scanner that records all orders on Excel sheet. This process will make courier process to move a bit faster. We are happy with pargo support and innovation when we request better procedures As you can see, corporate clusjts like our business and individual clients, procedures of courier is different.
