Gauteng – Ekurhuleni Metropolitan Police Department (EMPD) Intervention Unit officers apprehended a female suspect for possession of stolen property in the Germiston area. Acting on information regarding a woman in possession of stained money, officers located and arrested the 46-year-old suspect at Palmridge Court. She was then detained at Germiston Police Station. At the station, members from ABSA Bank were present to verify whether the woman was the wanted suspect. Upon confirmation by ABSA representatives, it was established that she was indeed the perpetrator. #nnw&MP
