Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate should be highly organised and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
· Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails
· Manage reception area, including maintaining cleanliness and organisation
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers
· Provide administrative support to the team
· Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Requirements
· Qualifications in Secretarial Studies, or related field.
· 2 years of experience in a similar role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively.
