Savory Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry with Rice ๐๐ฅ๐ถ๏ธ๐๐

Ingredients:
For the stir-fry ๐๐ฅฆ
Chicken breast (sliced)
Mushrooms (sliced)
Bell peppers (green and red)
Carrots (chopped)
Garlic, ginger
Soy sauce
Cornstarch (for thickening)
Sesame oil or vegetable oil
Fresh cilantro (for garnish)
For the rice ๐
White rice
Water
Salt
Instructions:
Cook rice and keep warm. In a wok or pan, stir-fry garlic and ginger, then add chicken until lightly browned. Add mushrooms, peppers, and carrots. Pour in soy sauce and a cornstarch slurry. Simmer until thickened. Serve over rice and top with fresh cilantro.
