Here are the recipes for the vegetarian tea-time snacks platter --- ๐Ÿฅช Cucumber Tea Sandwiches Ingredients: White bread slices โ€“ 6 Cucumber โ€“ 1, thinly sliced Butter โ€“ 2 tbsp (softened) Salt โ€“ a pinch Black pepper โ€“ a pinch Instructions: 1. Trim edges of bread slices. 2. Apply butter on one side of each slice. 3. Place cucumber slices on one slice, sprinkle salt & pepper. 4. Cover with another buttered slice, press gently. 5. Cut diagonally into triangles. --- ๐Ÿง€ Mini Tomato Crostini Ingredients: Baguette โ€“ 1, sliced Cream cheese โ€“ 1/2 cup Cherry tomatoes โ€“ sliced Fresh herbs (parsley or coriander) โ€“ 1 tbsp, chopped Olive oil โ€“ 1 tbsp Instructions: 1. Toast baguette slices lightly. 2. Spread cream cheese on each. 3. Top with cherry tomato slices. 4. Heat oil, sautรฉ cumin, ginger, green chilli, add potatoes and peas. 2. Add spices, mix and cool the filling. 3. Fill samosa dough, shape into triangles. 4. Deep-fry till golden brown. --- ๐ŸŒ€ Cheesy Pizza Pinwheels Ingredients: Puff pastry sheet โ€“ 1 Pizza sauce โ€“ 3 tbsp Grated mozzarella โ€“ 1/2 cup Mixed herbs โ€“ 1 tsp Instructions: 1. Spread pizza sauce on puff pastry, sprinkle cheese and herbs. 2. Roll tightly and cut into 1-inch slices. 3. Bake at 180ยฐC for 15โ€“18 mins till golden and puffed. --- ๐ŸŸซ Crispy Veg Finger Cutlets Ingredients: Boiled potatoes โ€“ 2 Grated carrot โ€“ 1 Bread crumbs โ€“ 1/2 cup Cornflour โ€“ 2 tbsp Coriander โ€“ 1 tbsp Salt, pepper, garam masala โ€“ to taste Oil โ€“ for shallow frying Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients, shape into fingers. 2. Roll in breadcrumbs. 3.
