As part of their growing operations, they are looking for a Civil Supervisor with strong site experience to lead their on-ground execution teams. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing on-site activities, coordinating labor and materials, and ensuring the timely completion of fit-out and renovation projects. You must be able to manage work independently and maintain project standards from start to finish. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out/renovation work at project sites • Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to ensure timely execution • Take ownership of material ordering and on-site inventory management • Lead and motivate the construction team to maintain quality and safety standards • Communicate project progress to senior management and stakeholders 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 We’re looking for candidates who meet the following criteria: • Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out/renovation projects • Ability to handle projects independently with minimal supervision • Strong team management and leadership skills • Proactive in material procurement and project logistics • UAE Driving License is an added advantage 𝗕𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 • Company-provided accommodation • Company transportation 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 If you’re ready to take the next step in your claims or insurance career, we want to hear from you!
