They are looking for a detail-oriented Claims Handler to join their Operations Team and support their commitment to delivering exceptional service in the travel services sector. 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 The Claims Handler will be responsible for efficiently and professionally managing and processing insurance claims. You will ensure each case is resolved accurately, cost-effectively, and within defined service standards, while also detecting fraud and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Manage and process claims files according to internal guidelines and service standards • Analyze documents to determine claim eligibility based on policy terms and client coverage • Communicate with policyholders, agents, and third parties to gather necessary documents and provide updates • Review documents and incoming calls daily to ensure quick service delivery • Provide support in identifying potential fraud and ensure its proper handling • Make payments to service providers and recover dues where applicable • Maintain current knowledge of technical procedures and regulations through regular training • Support other tasks assigned by the Head of Travel Services 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗲 We’re looking for candidates who demonstrate: • Strong knowledge of insurance claims, benefits, and service procedures • Ability to use management tools and claims systems efficiently • Excellent communication skills with a focus on service excellence • Capability to handle time-sensitive and high-pressure situations • Experience working in a travel insurance or operations environment is an advantage 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 If you’re ready to take the next step in your claims or insurance career, we want to hear from you!
