🤔 Inspector-General of Police Douglas Kanja says his deputy, Eliud Lagat, will step down if investigations find his involvement in the murder of blogger Albert Ojwang.
Kanja said the Independent Policing Oversight Authority (IPOA) is handling the full investigation of the murder.
