Govern schedule, budget, and forecast risk, and report variances to leadership. Anticipate risks, resolve issues quickly, and run regular status calls or QBR (Quarterly Business Review) to maintain transparency. Confirm that security, privacy, and contractual service-level agreements are consistently met. Maintain and establish dashboards covering utilization, cost/expense, and Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) for executive review. Identify workflow gaps and implement solutions that support smooth cross-functional collaboration.
