Job title: Interior Designer Salary: 200k (flexible) Experience: 5 years Position Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Interior Designer with a refined aesthetic sense and strong interpersonal finesse to lead design engagements for high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and elite clientele. This is a client-facing, end-to-end design role that demands creativity, discretion, and a deep understanding of luxury, lifestyle, and spatial storytelling. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management • Serve as the primary design consultant and relationship owner for HNIs, celebrities, and executive clientele. • Lead design consultations, deeply understanding client lifestyle preferences, vision, and spatial needs. • Build trust and rapport through attentive service, design excellence, and reliable execution. • Represent the firm in site visits, client meetings, and presentation reviews with poise and professionalism. Design Leadership • Create and present customized design concepts, mood boards, and spatial plans aligned with luxury standards. • Manage the full design lifecycle: space planning, selection of materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and styling. • Work closely with vendors, architects, and contractors to ensure design intent is flawlessly executed. • Maintain detailed documentation, design schedules, and procurement records for each project. Project Coordination • Oversee high-end interior projects from concept to delivery, ensuring budget adherence, on-time completion, and quality control. • Coordinate with internal teams and external artisans or vendors to deliver a seamless design and installation experience. • Maintain strong project documentation and client communication records to ensure transparency and satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field. Advanced design certifications or training in luxury/heritage interiors is a plus. • 5+ years of experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio of high-end residential or commercial work. • Proven track record of managing high-profile, HNI clients with discretion and sophistication. • Advanced skills in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or Revit). • Familiarity with global design trends, materials sourcing, and premium suppliers.
