Senior Finance Manager / CFO Department: Leasing/Financial Services Location: Karachi Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities • Managing the Financial actions of the company. • Develop and execute the organization’s financial strategy in alignment with business goals. • Manage team of financial controllers and financial analysts. • Ability to devise and implement a variety of financial strategies. • Oversee the structuring and pricing of leasing products to ensure profitability and competitiveness. • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks, including credit, operational, and liquidity risks. • Collaborate with banks, investors, and funding institutions for capital raising and credit facilities • Oversee financial reporting and ensure, financial statements are prepared accurately. • Guide mergers, acquisitions, and other growth initiatives from a financial perspective. • Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and legal professionals. • Provide financial insight and strategic recommendations to the CEO and Board. Requirements • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA or CA (CA Finalist). • 8+ years of experience in NBFC, finance leadership roles; experience as a CFO or senior finance manager is essential. • Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. • Good skills with Accounting Software’s, MS Excel etc. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
