Assistant Manager Finance Department: Finance Location: Karachi Employment Type: Full-time • Responsibilities: • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and board presentations. • Conduct variance analysis, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions. • Assist in developing annual budgets and periodic forecasts. • Oversee day to day accounting functions: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations. • Implement and monitor internal control processes to safeguard assets and ensure data integrity. • Lead—or support—implementation and upgrades of accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, Oracle NetSuite). • Delegate tasks effectively to meet month end and year end close deadlines. • Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Procurement to align financial processes and improve workflow efficiencies. • Provide financial insights to support strategic decision making. Requirement: • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance. • Professional accounting certification (ACCA, CA, CPA, CMA) preferred or in progress. • 3–5 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting roles.
