Authentic Chocolate cake 3cups flour 1cup cocoa powder 3teaspoons baking powder 1/4 cup cornflour 1 and half teaspoons Soda Pinch salt 4eggs 2cups brewed coffee 1 cup margarine 2 and half cups sugar 2teaspoons vanilla essence 1 teaspoon chocolate paste or essence 1)Bloom brewed coffee with cocoa powder and mix well until combined and set aside. 2)line three by 8 inch tins 3)Sieve flour,baking powder,soda,salt and cornflour six times and set aside. 4)Cream margarine and sugar until creamy add eggs and chocolate paste and vanilla essenc and mix until well blended. 5)If using mixer reduce speed and add flour in batches alternating with the coffee mixture. 6)Begin and end with flour mixture. 7) Do not overmix 8)Pour batter into your tins and bake at 160degreese for 45minutes to 1hour.
