National Sales Manager Location : Lahore/Karachi Key Responsibilities: • Team Building & Leadership: o Recruit, train, and manage Area Sales Managers in key regions. o Establish and supervise a junior sales force under each ASM. • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a strategic plan to achieve monthly sales targets. Identify new customer opportunities and expand market share in assigned regions. • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key pharmaceutical clients. Oversee client onboarding, trial support, and long-term account growth. • Performance Monitoring: Set sales KPIs and review regional performance regularly. Implement performance improvement plans where needed. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing strategies. Provide feedback to management for product and strategy enhancements. Requirements: • Minimum Bachelor’s degree. At least 7-10 years of experience in B2B pharmaceutical sales, preferably in excipients, ingredients, or packaging materials. Proven leadership experience in managing regional or national sales teams. Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing landscape in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel as needed.
