Accounts Officer - Remote Location: Pakistan Remote Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Shift Timing: 10am to 6pm – Pakistan Time Salary Range: PKR 100,000 – 120,000 Gender Preference: Male Experience Required: 2–3 Years: Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer with 2–3 years of relevant experience in bookkeeping, reconciliation, and accounting. The ideal candidate is proactive, disciplined, and eager to grow in a dynamic work environment. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the financial operations of the business. Key Responsibilities:  Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations (including bank, vendor, and inter- company).  Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements including balance sheet, profit and loss account, and cash flow statements.  Reconciliation: Perform routine reconciliations, including FX and cross-border payments with banking partners.  Cash Flow Management: Monitor and manage company cash flow, liquidity, and working capital.  MIS & Analysis: Assist in preparing monthly MIS reports, forecasts, and financial analysis for management.  Compliance: Ensure compliance with local accounting standards and internal policies.  Support Audit Process: Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits. Key Requirements:  Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.  Qualification: ACCA Inter or Qualified (preferred), or CIMA/CA Foundation or equivalent.  Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a similar role. Skills:  Strong hands-on experience with accounting software.  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced level).  Sound knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.  Attitude: Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
