AI Expert / AI Applications Developer Location: Lahore Position Overview: We are looking for a talented AI expert with deep technical knowledge and hands-on experience developing AI tools and applications. This role requires someone who can design, build, and implement AI models and systems from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems, optimizing user experiences, and scaling intelligent systems. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications tailored to business needs. • Research and implement state-of-the-art AI algorithms (machine learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, etc.). • Build prototypes quickly and transition them into scalable production solutions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, designers) to integrate AI models into larger applications. • Evaluate and select appropriate AI tools, frameworks, and technologies. • Maintain and continuously improve deployed AI models through retraining and monitoring. • Ensure AI solutions are explainable, ethical, and align with best practices in AI governance. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. (Ph.D. is a plus) • Proficient in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or Scikit-learn. • Experience with generative AI (e.g., LLMs, Stable Diffusion, GPT fine-tuning) is highly desirable. • Strong understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and model optimization for production environments. • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI deployment. • Experience with AI governance, fairness, and explainability best practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning foundation models. • Experience building AI-integrated web applications (e.g., using Flask, FastAPI, Node.js). • Background in computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or reinforcement learning. • Understanding of MLOps practices for model lifecycle management.
