ICAI has approved a draft framework allowing Indian CA firms to formally tie up with global firms, aiming to help local firms scale up. These firms must register with ICAI, appoint a nodal officer, and comply with ethical and regulatory norms. The draft, created in consultation with the corporate affairs ministry, will be open for public feedback and notified by July.
