NFRA is reviewing IndusInd Bank’s forensic audit report by Grant Thornton, initiated by the RBI, to decide if further investigation is needed into alleged accounting lapses and suspected fraud. Multiple regulators including Sebi and ICAI are also probing the matter for insider trading and audit failures.
