Key Responsibilities: - Assist in listing products on e-commerce platforms like Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc. - Update and maintain accurate product information, pricing, and images. - Conduct competitor and market research for pricing and positioning. - Support the team in managing order processing and tracking. - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities. - Monitor platform performance metrics and generate weekly reports. - Assist in resolving customer queries and returns where needed. - Ensure compliance with platform policies and guidelines.
