We're Hiring: Recovery Officer Location: Head Office – Karachi Company: Clipsal Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd Role Overview: Clipsal Pakistan is seeking a skilled and proactive Recovery Officer to join our finance team at our Karachi Head Office. This role requires strong credit management skills, managing customer credit exposure, ensuring timely recovery, and minimizing bad debts. Key Responsibilities: -Monitor and manage customer credit limits and payment cycles. -Prepare and circulate ageing reports to relevant stakeholders. -Follow up with sales teams and clients for timely recovery of outstanding dues. -Identify and escalate delayed payments and bad debt risks Ensure compliance with the company’s credit policies. Requirements: -Must have 3–4 years of relevant experience in credit control, recovery, or accounts receivable (within same industry) -Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. -Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems. -Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills. -Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
