This individual will play a pivotal role in driving innovation, developing intelligent systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring AI products from concept to production. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML models for production-scale use cases. Lead data exploration, feature engineering, and algorithm selection aligned with business needs. Evaluate and implement state-of-the-art machine learning frameworks, deep learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP models. Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and explainability. Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product teams to integrate AI systems into enterprise applications. Stay up to date with the latest AI trends, tools, and best practices, and provide strategic guidance. Lead POCs and innovation projects using AI for predictive analytics, computer vision, NLP, recommendation engines, etc. Ensure ethical AI practices and compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA). Mentor junior AI engineers and provide technical leadership across projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. 7+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI solution development. Strong command over programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or Java. Proficient in using AI/ML libraries and tools: scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, Hugging Face, etc. Experience with cloud-based ML platforms such as AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or Google AI Platform. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles. Strong knowledge of model evaluation metrics, A/B testing, and model monitoring in production. Experience with MLOps, containerization (Docker), and deployment pipelines (CI/CD). Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and models. Preferred Skills: Experience with LLMs, generative AI, chatbots, or agent-based systems. Hands-on experience with AutoML, Reinforcement Learning, or Time Series Forecasting. Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Streamlit. Strong project management and communication skills.
