The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or other relevant modules) and will play a key role in delivering end-to-end ERP solutions tailored to client business needs. *Interview Mode – Online Only* *Experience – 3 to 5 Years* *Package: 5 to 12 LPA (Onsite package will be different)* *Sector – IT - Infrastructure* *Work Location – Pune – Remote or Work from Home* *Shifts – US Shifts (Night Shifts)* *Qualification – Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field* *Notice Period – Immediate Joiner / within 7 days joiner* *Communication – Excellent required* *Reports To: Director and Manager* *Employment Type: Full-Time* *Key Responsibilities* • Lead or support full-cycle Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support. • Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and developers to align ERP configurations with business goals. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, Procurement, etc.) to support specific client requirements. • Oversee or assist with data migration, system integrations, and documentation of technical specifications. • Resolve technical issues and perform troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance. • Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support for users and key business stakeholders. • Ensure solutions comply with Microsoft best practices and implementation methodologies. *Required Qualifications* • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP (Finance & Operations, Business Central, or other modules). • Demonstrated success in end-to-end ERP implementations. • Strong understanding of enterprise business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing. • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate) is a plus. • Familiarity with integration and data migration tools such as Data Management Framework, Kingsway Soft, or similar. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in an onsite client-facing environment. *Preferred Qualifications* • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate or equivalent certification. • Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, SSRS, or DevOps tools. • Prior experience in manufacturing, retail, or distribution industries. • Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
