This role is focused on identifying prospective clients, tracking tender and project opportunities, and managing the pre-qualification process for MEP and engineering consultancy projects. The ideal candidate will bridge marketing intelligence with documentation skills to ensure we are strategically positioned for bidding opportunities. *Requirements*  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.  1–3 years of experience in lead generation, pre-qualification, or tender coordination (Experience in the engineering/construction sector preferred).  Strong research, documentation, and organizational skills.  Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online research tools.  Familiarity with tender portals like GeM, CPPP, E-Tendering sites, or real estate platforms.  Good written and verbal communication skills. *Preferred Skills*  Understanding of MEP, electrical, or infrastructure consultancy services.  Experience with CRM tools or project tracking systems.  Ability to handle multiple deadlines with accuracy and discipline. *Key Responsibilities - Lead Generation*  Conduct online and offline research to identify new projects, tenders, and potential clients in the construction and infrastructure sector.  Monitor tender portals, project databases, LinkedIn, and news sources for relevant leads.  Build and maintain a database of leads with detailed contact and project information.  Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team to pass on qualified leads and support follow-ups. *Pre-Qualification (PQ) & Documentation*  Prepare and organize company credentials, client references, project case studies, certificates, and compliance documents.  Respond to RFQs (Requests for Qualifications) and EoIs (Expressions of Interest) from clients, government agencies, and contractors.  Coordinate with internal teams (technical, finance, admin) to gather required PQ inputs.  Track deadlines, submission requirements, and ensure timely delivery of PQ documents. *Reporting & Coordination*  Maintain an updated tracker of submitted PQs, shortlisted projects, and outcomes.  Provide weekly reports to the Business Development Officer and Management.  Maintain systematic documentation for easy access and audit readiness. *Contact* *Surabhi Placement Services* 1st Floor, Grow Work, Above Bhojwani Sweets Old Mumbai - Pune Highway, opp. CME, Dapodi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411012 Website : www.surabhiplacement.com *Call - 9921037395* *Click the link to Chat on WhatsApp* https://wa.me/+919921037395 *Click the link to apply* https://forms.gle/zAUd3S715Q991oa2A *Free Placement Service - Please Share this message with your other friends & groups.
