*Short Job Description*
1.Knowledge of Windows 10 & 11 (Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting)
2. Basic Network Support, LAN, WAN. ,
3. Outlook(Installation, Configuration & troubleshooting | OST,PST,Backup)
4. Active Directory ( DORA Process, Group, Group Policy, User Access Control )
5. Office365 - (Concept, Installation & Configuration)
6.Knowledge of ITIL Process. (Incident Management, Problem Management, Priority Management)
7.Knowledge of Ticketing Tool & SLA (Service Level Agreement)
8. Works with Help Desk & Service Desk. & Difference Between 32 Bit &64 Bit
9. Knowledge of Ticketing Tools/Remote Support/Windows OS/Outlook/O365/AD etc etc.
Support Desktop / Laptop for Win 10 OS and Office applications (MS Office)
Win 10, installation, configuration, trouble shooting.
Install the standard software on the clients
Support for MS Outlook configuration
Update AV and Microsoft patches
Troubleshoot Basic LAN issues
IP address, IP conflicts, able to differentiate the required network from the others
Wireless LAN ; DHCP set up
Perform: Install, Move, Add or Change (IMAC) at the desktop level
Attach desktops to AD domain
Printer, Scanner L1 related issues
In case of hardware problem, escalate the hardware problems to vendors.
Log incidents in AHD Tool for the cases received on phone and email.
Prioritize the incidents, based on severity.
Monitor AHD tool for open incidents.
Perform activities necessary for the immediate short-term resolution of incidents and service requests so that users can resume their work as rapidly as possible
Should be flexible to work on any assigned task i.e. System Readiness OR Security Compliance OR Asset Maintenance etc.
