This is a critical role responsible for ensuring seamless IT infrastructure, cloud services, and network performance across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain company-wide IT infrastructure including servers, routers, firewalls, and cloud platforms. Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot network systems, VPNs, and security protocols. Administer and support Windows/Linux-based systems, backups, patching, and user access control. Handle escalated technical support issues and ensure minimal downtime. Oversee cloud networking environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud preferred). Implement and enforce IT policies, security procedures, and disaster recovery strategies. Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support roles with core focus on networking and systems administration. Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Firewalls, VPNs, and network segmentation. Strong command of IT infrastructure design, network diagnostics, and troubleshooting tools. Experience with cloud networking and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V). Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+ are highly desirable. Why Join Us?
