Earlier this morning, planted a sapling and initiated Miyawaki plantation along with several school children at NACIN, Palasamudram in Andhra Pradesh. The Miyawaki-style gardens will ensure biodiversity and replicate the complexity and resilience of natural forests at NACIN Palasamudram. Diverse species with varying growth rates and canopy structures also create a natural stratification, enabling faster canopy formation and long-term sustainability. This diversity also minimises the risk of total failure due to pests, diseases or climate stress.
