Cheesecake Brownies Ingredients : For the brownie layer: 1/2 cup unsalted butter cut into cubes 1 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips divided use, do not use Nestlé 1/2 cup of granulated sugar 2 eggs 1 1/2 teaspoons of vanilla extract 3/4 cup of all-purpose flour 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder 1/4 teaspoon salt cooking spray For the cheesecake layer: 8 ounces of cream cheese with cream cheese 1/4 cup of granulated sugar 1 œuf 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Instructions : Preheat the oven to 350° F. Line an 8 or 9 inch square skillet with parchment paper, leaving a parchment overflow on both sides. Coat the pan lined with parchment with a cooking spray. For the brownies: Place the butter and 1/3 cups of chocolate chips in a large bowl. Microwave in 30 seconds until it melts stir till smooth Let the chocolate mixture cool for 5 minutes. Whip the sugar, then the eggs, one at a time. Finally whip the vanilla extract Add the flour, cocoa powder and salt in the bowl. Slowly stir until simply combined. Reserve 1/4
