Waalaikum Salam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh ๐ผ
You are not alone. Feeling this way doesn't mean you've failed โ it means your heart is *alive* and aware of Allah.
Hereโs what you can do:
1. *Turn to Allah* โ Even with tears and pain. Say:
*โYa Allah, I feel lost. Guide me. Strengthen me. Forgive me.โ*
2. *Keep praying* โ Even if it feels hard. Your effort is deeply loved by Allah.
3. *Recite these duas*:
- *Allahumma inni aโudhu bika min al-hammi wal-huznโฆ* (for anxiety and sadness)
- *La ilaha illa Anta, Subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimeen* (from Yunus a.s.)
4. *Donโt isolate yourself* โ Speak to someone you trust. Sadness grows in silence.
5. *Small acts of good* โ Even a smile, a dhikr, or helping someone โ they bring barakah and peace.
6. *Remember:*
*โDo not despair of the mercy of Allah. Indeed, Allah forgives all sins.โ* (Qurโan 39:53)
