Waalaikum Salam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh ๐ŸŒผ You are not alone. Feeling this way doesn't mean you've failed โ€” it means your heart is *alive* and aware of Allah. Hereโ€™s what you can do: 1. *Turn to Allah* โ€“ Even with tears and pain. Say: *โ€œYa Allah, I feel lost. Guide me. Strengthen me. Forgive me.โ€* 2. *Keep praying* โ€“ Even if it feels hard. Your effort is deeply loved by Allah. 3. *Recite these duas*: - *Allahumma inni aโ€˜udhu bika min al-hammi wal-huznโ€ฆ* (for anxiety and sadness) - *La ilaha illa Anta, Subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimeen* (from Yunus a.s.) 4. *Donโ€™t isolate yourself* โ€“ Speak to someone you trust. Sadness grows in silence. 5. *Small acts of good* โ€“ Even a smile, a dhikr, or helping someone โ€” they bring barakah and peace. 6. *Remember:* *โ€œDo not despair of the mercy of Allah.
