These thoughts you're experiencing are intrusive and can be part of *waswas (whispers of Shaytan)* or even *anxiety-related symptoms*. Hereโ€™s what you can do inshaAllah: *1. Seek refuge in Allah:* Recite: - *Aโ€™udhu billahi min ash-shaytanir-rajim* - *Ayat al-Kursi* - *Surah Al-Falaq* and *Surah An-Naas* *2. Donโ€™t dwell on the thoughts:* They may come, but donโ€™t entertain or argue with them. Acknowledge and let them pass. *3. Strengthen your dhikr:* Keep your tongue busy with: - *SubhanAllah* - *Alhamdulillah* - *La ilaha illallah* - *Allahu Akbar* *4. Mental health support:* Sometimes, these thoughts may be part of anxiety or OCD. Itโ€™s completely okay to speak to a *Muslim therapist* or counselor. *5. Know this is a test:* The Prophet ๏ทบ said, *โ€œIndeed, Allah has forgiven my Ummah for the evil thoughts that occur in their hearts, as long as they do not speak of them or act upon them.โ€* (Bukhari, Muslim) You're not sinful. Keep praying. Keep going. And know โ€” this will pass. In Sha Allah.
