CHRISTIANITY IS A CRIME This headline will be more prominent in all nations of the earth in a few years. It will be very difficult to be a Christian and not be persecuted or be against the law of the land. Being a Christian will be a far greater crime than even moral crimes. A time is coming when being a Christian will be a far greater crime than murder. The nations of the world will choose BARABBAS and seek the crucifying of JESUS through HIS BODY. The world will reject the Son of God by seeking the capture and torture of His body (THE CHURCH, CHRISTIANS), while they let loose the son of the father of lies. Both are sons: Son of Light and son of lies. Just as it played out years ago, when the legal administration of the day (Jewish and then Roman) was used to "curtail" the Son of God. GOVERNMENT will play a major role in working to silence the Son of God. But just like Paul said, if they really knew the times and seasons, then they wouldn’t crucify the King of Glory. Because they will only be playing out God's script. The perilous time will only lead to the New Age of Glory and of raptured sons of God. It will be a time marked by betrayals and denials of the Lord and His Kingdom. The faith and the love of many will wax cold. Whatever happened to the Head will happen to the Body, and just as the Head prevailed in righteousness, the Body of Christ will prevail by righteousness. The Christian will have to lose to God at Gethsemane. The coming days will be terrible for Christians who live for themselves and not for the Lord. They may have comfort and respite, but it will be only for a season, because the end thereof will be destruction. This cup will not pass over the Body because it didn’t pass over its Head. The will of the Father is that, through birth pangs, the Body will come into the new. These are the days to WATCH AND PRAY. Prayerlessness is highly detrimental, and so is not watching for the signs of the times and seasons. WATCH AND PRAY. The Lord is coming. The Lord is here.
