A fishing vessel has been stranded about 13 kilometres off the coast of Pezali, Lamu, after its propeller became entangled in a fishing net, causing mechanical failure. The Kenya Red Cross, working with a multi-agency response team, is leading rescue efforts to ensure the safety of the crew.
