We at the IFRC mourn the loss of four colleagues from Iranian Red Crescent.
Our hearts go out to their families, loved ones, and every member of the Iranian Red Crescent. In the face of danger, they continue to serve with courage and humanity.
We stand in solidarity with them and with humanitarian workers everywhere.
Humanitarian workers are not a target.
We urgently reiterate our call: Respect and protect humanitarian staff and volunteers.
