Job Title: Guest Service Attendant Location: Benin, Edo Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in process. Assist guests with luggage, directions, hotel facilities, and local information. Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints. Provide accurate information on room availability, rates, and services. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to meet guest needs. Process guest check-outs, handle billing, and ensure all charges are accurately recorded. Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk and guest service areas. Monitor guest satisfaction and report any concerns to the supervisor. Promote hotel amenities and upsell services where appropriate. Ensure all guest interactions reflect the hotel’s brand, values, and customer service standards.
