Job Title: Head of School (Primary & Secondary) Location: Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary The ideal candidate must be passionate about excellence in education and capable of managing a blended curriculum that includes EYFS, British National Curriculum, and Montessori methodologies at the early years and primary level, and British/Cambridge Curriculum at the secondary level. Responsibilities Provide visionary leadership and direction for both the primary and secondary arms of the school Oversee effective implementation of EYFS, British, and international curricula Ensure high-quality teaching and learning across all levels Lead recruitment, training, and performance management of staff Strengthen partnerships with parents, the school community, and external stakeholders Ensure the school maintains a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment Drive innovation, 21st-century learning practices, and continuous school improvement Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of school leadership experience Deep understanding and experience with: EYFS Framework (Early Years) Montessori Education (Early Years & Primary) British National Curriculum (Primary) Cambridge and Pearson Edexcel Curriculum (Secondary) Desirable Skills: Certification in Educational Leadership or School Administration Experience with Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) and Edexcel Strong organizational and strategic planning abilities Experience managing school accreditations, inspections, and curriculum reviews.
