Job Title: Customer Experience Intern Location: Ikeja, Lagos Employment Type: Full-time Job Description The Customer Experience Intern plays a key role in ensuring guests feel welcomed, heard, and satisfied from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave. This role requires someone with empathy, attentiveness, and a strong passion for guest service. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and listen to their needs or complaints. Assist in resolving basic inquiries or complaints efficiently and politely. Conduct guest check-in follow-ups and satisfaction surveys. Liaise between departments to ensure guest needs are met. Keep accurate logs of customer interactions and feedback. Promote resort services and upsell features to guests when appropriate. Maintain a neat and approachable appearance at all times. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, patient, and a good listener. Eagerness to learn about hospitality and guest engagement.
