Job Title: Accountant Location: Central business District, Abuja (FCT) Employment Type: Full-time Summary We are seeking a skilled, detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team and support / contribute to our financial operations. Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and tax filings. Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures. Work closely with project managers to track job costing and ensure financial efficiency. Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies. Assist in financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years’ accounting experience, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of job costing and construction accounting principles. Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar). Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
