IEA Leadership Emphasizes Role of Scholars in Society and Politics During a seminar organized for the officials of jihadi madrasas, the leadership of the Islamic Emirate emphasized that scholars would address the social and political issues of the nation, lead in jihad, enforce Sharia law, mediate between individuals, and settle disputes. The Supreme leader underscored that scholars are not solely tasked with personal acts of worship but are also mandated by Allah Almighty to engage in social worship and participate in politics following the prophets (peace be upon them). Furthermore, the leadership of the Islamic Emirate emphasized the significance and merit of knowledge, stating that people's reformation occurs through knowledge, and the implementation of Sharia law is intertwined with the resurgence of religious studies. Encouraging the instructors of jihadi madrasas to intensify their efforts in educating and mentoring students, shaping their beliefs, thoughts, and intellect was also a key message conveyed.
