IEA Deputy Prime Minister embarks on official visit to China
As per an official statement released by the Presidential Palace, Mawlawi Abdul Salam Hanafi, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Islamic Emirate, led a distinguished delegation to China this morning to engage in the 9th China-South Asia Exhibition and Forum.
The press release indicates that the Islamic Emirate's prominent delegation, invited by China, includes Nooruddin Azizi, the Minister of Industry and Commerce, and Dr. Mohammad Naeem Wardak, the Deputy Minister of Finance and Administration.
Simultaneously, the Chinese Ambassador in Kabul highlighted the strong bilateral ties, expressing Chinese companies' keen interest in investing in Afghanistan and signaling the imminent commencement of the Aynak copper project.
Mr. Hanafi is slated to attend the 9th China-South Asia Exhibition and Forum, engaging in discussions and dialogues with several officials to enhance bilateral relationships across various sectors during the visit.
