Gogo Rachel Medical Village earmarked for Nketa Constituency. •Project in line with vision 2030 •3000 jobs to be created •Promotion of medical tourism •Improve health services in Nketa & Bulawayo at large •6 hactares of land set aside for village facilities, accommodation & park. Member of Parliament for Nketa constituency, Hon AT Mavunga who is Deputy Minister of Local Government and public works who will spearhead the project welcomed the initiative and donated 10 bags of cement to bless the project. Project is an idea by Mbuya Mlambo Trust led by Mr Msika and COADI organization led by the chairman, Mr Mlauzi. Project is already attracting the necessary funding and negotiations are in progress. Plans and designs have already been approved. Residents welcomed the initiative and believe it will transform the constituency. Hundreds of residents received free medical checkups during the announcement of the project. Various stakeholders were present including Government Officials, National AIDS Council, Mr Sinkwa from Inscore and Bulawayo City.
