*When has one mistake cost you your life* ? . Admin I heard a story of this guy. He was a medical student in yr 4. and his story is popular, you can Google it. He became the guild president of Makerere university many years ago and during his term of service, him and his cabinet started a str!k£ at the hill 😒. You know those things where students strike and spoil university property to the point of calling the police to disp£rs£ them. So after one of those strikes this then guild president was called in together with his other colleagues and I tell you he was dismissed 😭. I mean £xp£lled from the hill. While some of the other members were only suspended. He went back to his village, tried to start a life of his own but his background wasn't good. See when a university exp£lls you, no other government institutions can take you in. Your name is tarnished forever. A man who was 1 year away from becoming a doctor, with dreams and aspirations was stack for over 20 years in his village rotting in poverty. After that mbu some people created a group and collected some ka money for him to do another course in the US. it was a good step but it could not rebuild the crushed dreams. Of recent another colleague of mine was also £xpell£d from the hill over unrelated issues 😕 . What is my point Admin when life decides to discipline you, it over does it 😭. Some of us make mistakes because we are young and reckless, but those mistakes will live on... affecting the rest of our life and we shall never be the same again. For all the people who have lost their dreams because of a single mistake I hope they can heal, forgive themselves and find a new path which may not be as good as the first but as long as it is fulfilling.... As long as it reminds you that there is still purpose in you irrespective of all our mistakes
