Job Title: Field Recruiter Company Name : integrated Personnel Services Location: Baner Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition Reports To: Team Lead Job Type: Full Time Salary Range: Based on Experience *Job Summary:* We are seeking an energetic and resourceful Field Recruiter to join our team. The Field Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various field-based roles, often at multiple job sites or locations. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment of positions, especially for high-volume or operational roles. *Key Responsibilities:* •Source candidates through local job fairs, community outreach, campus recruiting, job boards, and social media. •Travel to field sites, branch offices, or hiring events to conduct interviews and job presentations. •Coordinate and participate in job fairs, open houses, and other hiring events. •Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates for cultural fit and job qualifications. •Build relationships with local organizations, vocational schools, and employment agencies to build talent pipelines. •Manage and maintain candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). •Support onboarding and orientation processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. •Maintain regular communication with hiring managers to understand current and future staffing needs. •Track recruitment metrics and report on sourcing strategies, time-to-fill, and hiring effectiveness. •Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process. *Qualifications:* •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). •2+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in high-volume or field-based roles. •Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. •Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and mobile environment. •Willingness and ability to travel frequently to various hiring sites or events. •Proficient in using applicant tracking systems, HR software, and Microsoft Office. •Bilingual skills (e.g., English/Spanish) are a plus, depending on region and industry. *Preferred Qualifications:* •Experience in industries like construction, warehousing, retail, logistics, or healthcare. •Knowledge of labor market trends and recruiting strategies for hard-to-fill roles. •Certification in Talent Acquisition (e.g., AIRS, SHRM-CP, or PHR). *Working Conditions:* •Frequent travel to job sites, hiring events, and regional offices. •May require occasional work outside of standard business hours to support hiring needs. •Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
