This scheduling is necessary because Australian abattoirs don't operate on weekends, and Monday, 9 June 2025, is a public holiday in some parts of Australia for King Charles III's birthday. Our vendors are working within these operational constraints, and it's worth noting that these abattoir facilities are shared with other countries, including Malaysia, for their Korban rituals.
