Job Title: FRONT DESK OFFICER Employment type: Full Time Qualifications: Higher National Diploma or a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office and Information Management, Mass Communication or any other related course. Additional certification in customer care will be an advantage. Experience: Minimum of three (3) years work experience in a customer service role. Competencies: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with immaculate telephone conversation skills Ability to maintain professional demeanour and attitude always Good corporate dress sense Excellent organisational and time management skills Attention to details and problem-solving skills Proficiency in software applications such as Microsoft Office Ability to adapt to changing situations, priorities and deadlines.
