POWER OUTAGE – ARLINGTON AND SURROUNDING AREAS Friday, 13 June 2025 The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality wishes to inform residents that an 11kV circuit breaker has tripped at the Arlington, Steve Biko substation, resulting in a power outage affecting: Arlington, Steve Biko and surrounding areas. A technical team has been dispatched to carry out investigation and necessary repairs. Further updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
