The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality Communications’ Nceba Dladla, was invited to the Ford Men’s Health Celebration event, which was held at Ford in Struandale focused on health care for their employees. He attended the event as a motivational speaker to encourage all youth in light of Youth Month. Other speakers at the event included representatives from various organizations and NPOs such as Drug/Alcohol abuse organisations and Gambling Awareness, Sanlam, and Standard Bank. Dladla spoke to the men about the importance of looking after their health and well-being. In his speech, he said, “Men of valour, men of integrity — as our economy and work environment evolve, so too must our understanding of what it means to be well and whole. Our future is in our hands.” He added: “Your health matters — and so does your life and your stories."
