The Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality’s Special Council Meeting is currently underway at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium. The meeting is being chaired by the Speaker of Council, Cllr Eugene Johnson, alongside Acting City Manager Ted Pillay, Executive Mayor Cllr Babalwa Lobishe and Acting Executive Director in the Speaker’s Office, Lindeka Mnuna-Xaluva. A key focus of the meeting is the discussion of proposed amendments to the draft budget.
